The Harley-Davidson® Visa Signature® Card is a no-annual-fee rewards card issued by U.S. Bank National Association. This guide covers who the card suits, how to earn and redeem points, how to apply and how to reach customer service.

  • Rewards: 3 points per dollar at H-D dealerships, gas stations and EV charging; 2 points at restaurants, bars and lodging; 1 point on everything else
  • Intro APR: 0% on purchases for the first 9 billing cycles and on balance transfers made within 30 days of account opening
  • APR after the intro period: 17.49% to 30.49% variable, based on your creditworthiness
  • Foreign transaction fee: yes

Terms checked in September 2026. Rates and rewards can change, so confirm the current terms on the Harley-Davidson Visa official website before you apply.

Who the card is for

The card suits riders who spend money at Harley-Davidson dealerships, on H-D.com or on gear and service, since that’s where the points can be redeemed. It also rewards gas, dining and lodging, which fit riders who take road trips. If you rarely buy from Harley-Davidson, the points lose most of their value, and a flat-rate cash back card will likely earn you more.

How to earn points

Points are earned on net purchases, which means purchases minus returns and credits. Bonus categories depend on the category code Visa assigns to each merchant, and U.S. Bank decides which purchases qualify. A few details worth knowing:

  • Fast food restaurants may not qualify for the 2-point dining bonus.
  • Lodging earns 2 points only when you book directly with the hotel or property, not through a booking site.
  • Cash advances, balance transfers, interest and fees don’t earn points.

If you’re also a member of the Harley Owners Group® (H.O.G.®), you can earn 1 point for every mile you ride on your Harley-Davidson motorcycle. To activate this benefit, you need to have an odometer reading recorded at an H-D dealership.

Every card purchase also enters you in a daily drawing for a $500 H-D gift card, with two entries for H.O.G. members. It’s a sweepstakes, so treat it as a bonus rather than a reason to spend.

How to redeem points

You can redeem points in three ways:

  • An H-D gift card, plastic or electronic, worth $25 for every 2,500 points, which you can use at H-D dealerships, on H-D.com or at the H-D Museum
  • A statement credit for an H-D purchase through Real-Time Rewards
  • Combining your card points with your H-D Membership points to redeem faster

Points you don’t redeem expire three years from the date they’re awarded, on December 31 of the expiration year. H-D gift cards issued from point redemptions don’t expire.

How to apply for the Harley-Davidson® Visa Signature® Card

  1. Go to the Harley-Davidson Visa official website and choose the H-D Visa Signature® Card.
  2. Fill in the application with your personal and financial information, including your Social Security number and income.
  3. Review the rates, fees and terms before you submit.
  4. Submit the application. You may get a decision right away, or U.S. Bank may need more time to review it.

U.S. Bank doesn’t publish a minimum credit score. Rewards cards like this one generally favor applicants with good credit. Submitting an application usually results in a hard inquiry on your credit report.

Managing your account

You can manage the card through the online account on the Harley-Davidson Visa website or in the mobile app, which offers the same features. You can view and download up to seven years of statements, set up email or text alerts for due dates, low available balance and suspicious transactions, and redeem your points.

U.S. Bank provides zero fraud liability for unauthorized transactions, as long as you notify the bank promptly.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use the card abroad?
Yes, it’s a Visa card and is widely accepted. But it charges a foreign transaction fee on purchases made abroad, so it’s not the best card to take on an international trip.
How long does the intro APR last?
The 0% intro APR on purchases lasts for the first 9 billing cycles. For balance transfers, it applies only to transfers made within 30 days of account opening. After that, the standard variable APR applies.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Unredeemed points expire three years from the date they’re awarded, on December 31 of the expiration year. H-D gift cards you get from redeeming points don’t expire.
What is the H.O.G. Elite Visa Signature Card?
It’s a second version of the card for Harley Owners Group members. It has a $99 annual fee and adds benefits such as higher points for miles ridden and annual statement credits. It only makes sense if you’ll use those benefits enough to cover the fee.
What should I do if my card is lost or stolen?

Our take on the Harley-Davidson® Visa Signature® Card

The Harley-Davidson Visa Signature card works well for riders who already spend at H-D and want a no-annual-fee card that turns everyday gas, dining and lodging into H-D gift cards. The 9-cycle intro APR helps with a planned purchase if you pay it off in time. If your spending isn’t tied to Harley-Davidson, or you travel abroad often, other cards will serve you better.
