Who the card is for
The card suits people who spend a moderate amount at supermarkets and on gas, pharmacies and streaming, and who want cash back without an annual fee. If you spend heavily on groceries, keep in mind that the annual cap will drop those purchases to 1% partway through the year. If you buy most of your groceries at superstores or discount stores, those purchases may not earn the 5% rate.
How to apply for the AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature® Card
- Go to your local AAA club’s credit card page. AAA operates through regional clubs, so the application is tied to your ZIP code, and membership requirements can differ between clubs.
- Choose the AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature® Card and start the application.
- Fill in your personal and financial information, including your Social Security number and income, and review the rates and terms.
- Submit the application and wait for Comenity Capital Bank’s decision. Approval is subject to credit review.
Submitting an application usually results in a hard inquiry on your credit report, which can lower your score slightly for a period.
How the credit limit works
Comenity Capital Bank sets your credit limit when it approves your application, based on its review of your credit. The issuer doesn’t publish a minimum or typical limit. If you want a higher limit later, you can contact Comenity to ask whether your account is eligible for an increase.
Visa Signature benefits
As a Visa Signature card, it includes Visa’s Zero Liability policy, which protects you from unauthorized charges made with your card or account information.
If your card is lost, stolen or damaged, Visa can help arrange an emergency replacement card and, in some cases, an emergency cash disbursement at a location near you, whether you’re at home or traveling.
When you travel, Visa’s Travel and Emergency Assistance Services connect you to a 24/7 call center for help with medical and legal referrals, emergency transportation, lost luggage and translation. The referral service is free, but you pay for any services you receive.
Visa Signature benefits can change, so check the benefits guide for your card for the current list and terms.

Our take on the AAA Daily Advantage Visa Signature® Card
The AAA Daily Advantage card pays well on groceries and everyday categories without an annual fee, and it has no foreign transaction fees. Its limits are the $500 annual cap and the merchant code rules, which can lower what you actually earn. Check where you buy groceries and how much you spend before you apply, and pay the full balance each month so interest doesn’t cancel out your rewards.
