6.3 – Informal Resolution: Before starting any formal proceeding, users agree to first contact Finvyu through the channel described in Section 2 to try to resolve the matter informally. Finvyu will make reasonable efforts to respond within a reasonable timeframe.

6.4 – Consumer Rights Reservation: Nothing in this section limits any right that applicable Canadian federal or provincial consumer protection law grants to users and that cannot be waived by agreement.

7. Changes to Terms
